I would like to understand why no one has commented on your beautiful shop! I found out about it from a friend who lives in the Portland area. It appears to have a wide variety of great art in the mosaic tradition. Please keep up the good work you do in representing an under represented art form. Thanks. Karen Rycheck in Talent, OR.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind words, Karen. More and more people, like yourself, are discovering SunRose! It is a very inspiring space, both for artists and non-artists. We feature many different slants of mosaic...tile, stained glass, broken china and found objects, paper, natural stone...and most of our artists are from the Portland area, but we have carried the amazing art of Irina Charny, Brooks Tower and Lynn Moor who are nationally known. Hello! I was just at your shop a couple weekends ago and LOVE it. I was wondering if you have a website where you can buy your wonderful jewelry. I clicked the link that says website but it's not working. Thanks so much- you guys do have a wonderful place : )
ReplyDeleteYes, we have amazing jewelry! All that is not made by local artists is hand picked by me and I keep the prices under $30. I am struggling with getting the website up...but keep trying. It'll be working one of these days. You will be able to buy some of our jewelry online - especially my handcrafted china earrings. Thank you for your comments! Cathy
ReplyDeleteI was just in today, I cannot even recall how many times I've stopped in, how many items i've bought but I love SunRose and brought my friend Danell in for her first time today. I love the art and appreciate finding one of a kind pieces of art.
